1 reviewI have been running for about 10 years and always thought I preferred solo runs in order to just zone out and be by myself for awhile. But since trying Charge as part of a free trial about 10 months ago, I have rarely run without it. Running has never felt easier or more natural. I never worked in walk breaks when running on my own, but since following the coaches' directions, my paces are consistently faster, while my runs still leave me feeling refreshed and smiling. I genuinely look forward to every run in a way I never did in the years of running without it :)
