Looked promising but perhaps the recent generous AppSumo offer has broken them. 23hrs after pointing the service at our website it is still stuck on training (which is suggested to take just minutes) and no human response to support requests for 2 days. Wary.
I used this project purchased on Appsumo. Lost all the work after Appsumo refund terminated. The founder is basically an individual without any moral or ethics. We are trying to find his location to conduct legal action

We are paid users of Chatbase. We love the product and it has become a critical part of our own product strategy. We use it to create multiple chatbots for our data on cybersecurity vendors. As an experiment I uploaded the PDF of Security Yearbook 2022. It took only 15 minutes to have a chatbot on our website that people could use to query the contents of the book.

Really cool product all in all and make making a bot based on LLMs easy to implement. The product page looks fresh and well-designed, that said I think the pricing needs to be reevaluated as a whole.
I believe the best use case would be for not 10 chatbots, so the characters used need to scale and not the number of bots that can be implemented. Just my 2 cents. There really also needs to be a free tier, this would skyrocket their growth

While the concept is promising, the execution falls short. The price is high considering the limited features, which often don't function as intended. As noted by several users, the platform can remain in training mode for extended periods, ranging from minutes to hours. Although there's an option to integrate additional data from texts or documents, it's challenging to get the system to utilize this information effectively. My dissatisfaction is compounded by subpar customer support. Despite attempting to cancel my subscription, I continued to be billed. Furthermore, my request for a refund, based on months of unused service, was met with minimal response and ultimately declined. I would advise potential customers to consider other alternatives.
I had a test run with it came out and it was not very successful. Just tested again this week and oh my good.... it is by far the best chatbot powered by chatgpt out there. Netx on the roadmap should be integration with social media + a flow builder. The last one will be not easy but if we can guide the AI a lil more on what he's suppose to do then i'll cut down to 1/3 my salaries expenses lol
