As an enterprise CSM I am always writing emails and I need them to be perfect each time. This plugin does just that, helps me out when I hit my daily dose of writers block! Kudos to the team for this one.

Downloaded the plugin and love it so far! Has been quite helpful for the more monotonous emails. I would suggest that some of the subject line suggestions come out as too long/too on the nose/needs human touch (if possible?)
