I am Berkay Papila. I build Chess Animal because I'm an avid chess spectator, had some free time to do something fun for the chess community. I especially enjoy that everybody has their unique play style; some play patiently by the book and some players who play wild! I like to watch players with different styles and wanted give something to the chess community that praises their style.
Type a Chess.com username, pick bullet, blitz or rapid, and it reads your last 200 games of that type. It scores four things: your clock (Deliberate or Fast), your opening (Solid or Wild), how you finish (Grinder or Hunter) and your repertoire (Loyal or Curious). Each one is compared with players at your rating, not with grandmasters. Four letters give 16 animals, and each animal has a natural rival.
The card is free with no sign-up. If you want more, $6.99 grades your card on up to 2,000 games and comes with a full report: your chess story in chapters, your rivals and your openings.
