CoS role is one that is incredibly flexible and holistic. Great fit for individuals who find themselves 'sprawling' across the org with complimentary interests while possessing a passion to influence and aid in strategic leadership. Interestingly enough, CoS is also one of those rare roles that is seniority-agnostic and may be filled by folks who are early in the careers as well as by seasoned, high-ranking veterans as well. It's all about what the org needs and at what maturity level. I have never enjoyed a job so much!

This group is invaluable for anyone that wants to succeed at a scaling start-up in a Chief of Staff role. No matter what challenge is thrown at you in the role (and you will see it all), someone in the group has been through it and can provide great insight into how they tackled the issue. @scottamenta Has done an amazing job at fostering a community built on collaboration.
