Hi Product Hunt 👋
CleanFlo is management software for UK cleaning companies. The rota, the team, the clients, the compliance paperwork and the invoicing, all in one place instead of spread across a group chat, a spreadsheet and someone's memory.
What's actually in it:
Scheduling. Day, week and month views, one-off or recurring jobs (weekly, fortnightly, monthly), assignment across multiple sites. It warns you before you double-book someone rather than after the phone call. Every assignment, change and cancellation fires a push notification and an email, so nothing depends on a cleaner checking WhatsApp.
The cleaner app. Offline-first, not offline-tolerant. Cleaners work in basements, plant rooms and empty flats with no signal, so everything queues on the device and syncs on reconnect. Start Job, live timer, checklist, photos, Complete Job. That's the entire training course. 27 languages, picked per cleaner.
Health & safety. The part I underestimated. Commercial clients ask for RAMS before they'll sign, so there's a full 5×5 hazard matrix (likelihood × severity, initial and residual risk), incident logging by severity, scheduled audits, and a live compliance score across every site. Risk assessments print to a clean A4, which is the document an inspector asks for first.
Money. Completed jobs sit in an uninvoiced queue. One click turns them into a proper VAT invoice with your BACS sort code and account number already on it. Quotes carry valid-until dates and convert straight to invoices when accepted. The whole ledger exports to CSV for the accountant.
Client portal. Every client gets a private login for their schedule, clean history, invoices and payment status. They can request a clean, and it lands in your rota as a real job.
On pricing. £9.99/month flat, unlimited staff, clients and locations. The category standard is per-seat, which is a tax on hiring, the one thing a growing cleaning firm does most. Flat pricing means the software bill doesn't punish you for taking on your fifth cleaner.
Built in the UK for UK operators: VAT, BACS, GBP, statutory holiday, RAMS. The US-built alternatives don't have any of that.
Happy to answer anything, particularly interested in feedback from people who've sold vertical SaaS into trades that don't read Product Hunt.
