WORST customer service I have literally ever experienced. No online or phone option to cancel. I have been contacting their online chat for assistance for 13 days now, and still NO ONE has answered my inquiry about sending them their phone back OR buying it out, since they admit their provider service tanked for a large percentage of their clients suddenly on August 18, 2022. IRRITATING TO NO END. COMPLETE FAILURE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LAWSUIT WORTHY COMPANY.
