I've been using the clearspace chrome extension for about a year now and it has significantly decreased the unintended time that I've spend on platform designed to hold our attention. For me, that was LinkedIn and YouTube.
What I love about it is that it doesn't completely block me from those sites. I still need to use LinkedIn for messaging or looking up profiles. I still need to watch specific YouTube videos, but it eliminates the temptation of the follow on actions, the feed scrolling, etc.
I'm super excited to see where @royce_branning1, @anteloper and team take this.
I spend a lot less time looking through news and social media, making useless purchases, and spending more time with my wife and children as a result of this.
Clearspace has made an impact in how I use my phone from the minute I downloaded it. End the endless scrolling and be present! Love the light touch, ease of use (set it and forget it), and the UX is simple and elegant.

Only tool that has effectively helped me limit my screen time.
clearspace is an incredible product; I'm so glad it exists, both for myself and for the world as we collectively learn how to control our attention with omnipresent devices, distraction, entertainment, communication, etc.
simple to setup and solves a big issue! small detail i love: the in-app "call a founder" and "report a bug" -- really nice touches

Congrats on the launch, I love the app! It's so easy to get sucked into mindless scrolling on our phones, so I love the concept that helps cut down on unnecessary screen time. The UI and gamification aspects are my favorite! The video was also really well done
