Great app that not only makes you take a break but also encourages you to deep breathly. Really enables you to detach from your screen and face inward.

Easily my favorite app on my phone! It has significantly reduced my time on my phone and it is so helpful to be able to see the data in real time and how much I am using my phone. It really makes me take one sec (I get it now) and decide if I actually want to go on

I really like this app. It's much better than the Apple Screen Time stuff because it does not have an "Ignore" button. I actually take a literal, physical deep breath which often makes me not want to use whatever app I am trying to train myself to use less.
