Clearspace is so fantastic, as I've struggled with being present with my kids in the past and I've tried the whole "leave my phone behind" strategy which doesn't work because I need to be able to get calls or texts from family just in case. This is a great solution, and it almost tricks your brain into not even opening the apps that are gated in the first place, because it trains you to know that doing so will not result in immediate gratification. I'd imagine when I look back at my life, once my kids are grown, and all the extra hours I'd have spent being present with my kids instead of being on my phone, all because of an app, well, that's pretty special.
