Does not recommend this product
I've been a user of Cloudsight from 2016 to 2020. The service was working fine until 2018, but in 2019 they changed it completely - without saying so. We had a price raise from $150 to $499 an month AND it completely degradated, then stopped working, returning results that did not make sense. As I was using the API in production in ou services, it gave a very bad experience to our users. I reported several times the problem, they reported it fixed, but I only got this for an answer : "I feel our technology will not currently be able to meet these requirements". How can you say that to a 4-year customer? And despite the large impact on my company, I haven't been able to get even a partial refund. They just stopped responding.
