CogniSaaS is a great product for onboarding Enterprise SaaS customers. This tool works in improving the customer onboarding experience. And also it allows for the standardization of Implementation practices, if you are taking-off as a SaaS organization.
And I worked with the CogniSaaS team very closely. They always hear the cient feedback to make the experience better. Founders have a great vision as a product company to scale & help the customer pain points.
I strongly recommend to work with CogniSaaS to see the product & experience they provide to the SaaS community.
