TBH, the product is mediocre at best. For absolute beginners, it MIGHT be OK but still requires a lot of learning to make use of. For that effort, I suggest several other options for beginners I mentor and in our local communities.
The REAL reason to avoid is how they treat their customers and their billing practices. As others have noted, BB/AOB has always been a marketing play; sell the next package and don't worry about the existing product/customers. Same as others, we were hit with an auto renewal after they failed to respond to our cancellation requests and then cited they never received it. Customer satisfaction is NOT on their radar. We would have gladly revisited if there were future versions. But if you can't trust their customer care, you can't trust where else they'll short change product/service/support.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING. There are other great options out there without the heavy sale / scammy feelings.
