Hey all — Raj here. I'm one of the founders of NurtureBox.
Hope you’ve all had an amazing week till now. Wanted to quickly jump in to set some context on why we built this.
Job descriptions have always been dull to read, write, and look at. No job seeker thinks to themselves — whoopee, I get to read some more JDs today!
I bet you can't remember what the JD looked like for your current role.
But JDs are often the first point of contact a potential candidate has with your brand. We're all pretty fickle, whether we mean to be or not, which means first impressions seriously count.
We believe there are no boring jobs, just boring job descriptions.
This reality is why a JD can't just be a functional document that we dole out.
It's a core piece of marketing and a significantly important landing page.
We deeply care about how recruitment is done and we're rethinking the whole gamut through first principles. This is our attempt to fix this and challenge the status quo.
