Deceptive Payment Practices & Poor Customer Service I recently had a very disappointing experience with Creatify. Their payment system is incredibly deceptive—I accidentally purchased a full-year membership when I intended to sign up for a monthly plan. When I reached out to their support team to request a refund or even switch my membership to a monthly plan, they refused to offer any resolution. Their unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request shows a complete lack of customer care. The sales page is misleading, making it easy for users to unknowingly commit to long-term subscriptions. I strongly advise others to be cautious when signing up, as their policies seem designed to trap customers rather than provide a fair and transparent service. Would not recommend.

They are no less than a fraud! I paid their monthly business subscription, and immediately after paying, they rejected my first rendered ad video I made for our legitimate health care business. I reached out to their support team (Anna), and she said my videos violated their policy because they don't allow any company to render ads related to health or wellness. But that wasn't mentioned upon signup and payment. So, it means I now have to pay for the service that I am not allowed to use. When I asked for a refund, they simply refused, citing their no refund policy that was not even there when I signed up. They even had the guts to tell me I should have gone through their fine print first which was not there during signup. They have a very grey policy in order to help scam customers, and I highly advise against anyone from using this service.

I have used this product before, and it is worth mentioning that their avatars performed very well. Their avatar tone and facial expressions may vary depending on the script content. I also experienced their tool for generating avatars from text, and the effect was very good, with almost no difference in generation performance compared to the platform library. But in the end, I was discouraged by a price that didn't quite suit me.

This is an inferior product sold and managed by a VERY unethical company. They entice you to pay the annual fee at a very attractive discount (which I did) as opposed to the monthly option. So after really banging on it the general census was it basically sucked so I canceled but guess what? "Oh sorry sir, you cannot be refunded the unused 11 months and 25 days - we're going to go ahead and keep that. Tough luck." I even reached out to a support manager and they said "if you look deep within the T/C's you'll see it says the annual fee is not refundable. Whoever is running Creatify, you're running the company like a boiler room. Class it up a bit.

the product is average, with many issues when it comes to publishing videos on tik tok and IG. the platforms are penalizing you as the content is marked as fake and ai generated the app and support is horrible. they renew the plan without notice, if you try to cancel to hide the disable subscription button, they have a no refund policy even if you fall into their auto renew trap and reach out to them after few minutes. Customer support is terrible and not helpful. I would recommend to stay away from the product and this company.

Beward of their "no refund policy". I had a bad experience and though the software was of poor qulity. It was not really feasible to try for free given their huge watermarks and limited access to features. I wish I never tried this software. I advise to stay away from companeis that will not issue a refund after a short amount of time to try the product. They seem to not care.

The product was okay but not really for serious business — there’s always something off when making a video. I didn’t even use my credits, but Creatify kept charging me because I didn’t realize my subscription was still active. As a busy person, it’s easy to forget, but they refused to give me a refund even though I wasn’t using it. Very frustrating.

Worst AI Video company. They charged me for 2 months while I used it for 2 days on the 1st month. Videos were very bad. When I asked for a refund for the 2nd month, they declined and said they have a NO REFUND policy. So if you go with them, expect 2 things: 1. Videos are not worth it compared to Veo or Sora 2. Say good by to your money

Stay Away – Scammy Billing & Poor Quality Videos I subscribed to Creatify.ai and immediately regretted it. Even after canceling, I was still charged, and they refused to refund me. The video quality is terrible, and the lip sync is completely off. Don’t waste your money or time on this platform. Avoid at all costs!
