Find videos outperforming their channels, research YouTube keywords, and track your search rankings without leaving Safari. While your video uploads, CreatorHat transcribes it on your Mac and uses Apple Intelligence to suggest titles and a description inside YouTube Studio. Your transcript and AI writing stay on your Mac. $29.99/year after a 7-day trial, with no separate AI bill. Requires macOS 26+; AI features need Apple Intelligence.
Hey Product Hunt, nice to see you again! I make YouTube videos and built CreatorHat for creators who work in Safari.
One thing that's always bugged me about YouTube is that while you upload a video, you still have a bunch to do that YouTube can't and doesn't bother helping you with. Like titles, descriptions and tags.
But what if we transcribe the video while its uploading. And then use Apple Intelligence to help with all those things before YouTube even has the video!
It's a huge help in the upload process.
CreatorHat also does some useful SEO stuff right in Safari for you: comparing videos on your channel, competitor channels, keyword research and more. There's some services out there like vidIQ and TubeBuddy that do this well, but they ignore Safari! :)
So all of this is on your Mac and in Safari. Never goes to a third party or server of mine.
It's on the Mac App Store for $29.99 a year with a 7-day trial. You'll need macOS 26 or later, and Apple Intelligence for the AI features.
I'd love to hear which part of researching or publishing your videos takes more time than it should.
