Dadroit V Web is a JSON viewer that handles large files entirely in your browser. No upload, no server, no install. Open files from disk, paste from clipboard, or load from a URL with Bearer or Basic auth. Browse with a collapsible tree view, search with text or RegEx, and export full or partial JSON, formatted or minified. Works on desktop, phone, and tablet. Free, ad-free, and your data never leaves your machine.

Dadroit V Web
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Peter from Dadroit. Quick question. Do you know where your data goes when you paste it into an online JSON viewer?
Most people don't. Most tools don't make it obvious. Some send your file to a server to parse it. Some store it. Some do both. We took a different approach with V Web. We removed the server entirely. There's nothing to trust because there's nowhere for your data to go.
V Web is a JSON viewer that does all the work inside your browser. Open a 50MB file and it won't freeze, won't upload, won't ask you to install anything. Just a tree view of your data, ready to search and export. We've been building the best JSON viewer at Dadroit for years, but it was always a desktop app. V Web came from a simple realization: half the time you don't need a full application. You just need to find one key, check one value, grab one path. And you need to do it now, not after downloading and installing something.
A few things it does that other in-browser viewers don't: handles genuinely large files, lets you load JSON from authenticated API endpoints with Bearer or Basic auth, runs on your phone, and searches with RegEx. Export is formatted or minified, full file or just the branch you selected.
