I've been using this for a few weeks. The sub-communities are very empty, but the UI is good and development seems to be moving at a good pace. I think it has potential if they can figure out the community-building side of things.

I've been using this site for a while now. The user-base has almost doubled in that time. The front page is active, friendly, and engaging. I look forward to continuing to build the sense of community here.

Discuit is the best alternative to Reddit in the market at the very moment, the developers/admins are very open to community feedback and they continue to do a good job in keeping touch with the community. Their API is openly accessible, and many third-party devs have already started working on mobile apps with the Discuit API. DIscuit will also soon go open source in a few weeks, improving trust and transparency.

I joined Discuit at the 3000 member level. The platform is still in its infancy with regards to features, but the developer is forward thinking and has a sound foundation of a product thus far from which to build. Regardless of available features, a social media platform is only as good as its community and the site developer and admins have done a good job fostering a healthy growth and community based cohesion to make Discuit a welcoming and engaging place to reside.

This site is young, but has much potential to be a great platform. Unlike most of the similar sites, the UI of Discuit is clean, snappy, and intuitive to use and understand. The dev have a great road map planned and they clearly put many thought into not repeating the same mistakes that plagued Reddit and the like.

I'm the moderator of the CitiesSkylines and Ukraine communities, and while the site is still young, the developer has put in a lot of love and energy into it. He also communicates and reaches out to the community regularly.

Really good reddit alternative, but still in its infancy. Very welcoming community, very inclusive.

My last try at centralized social media. Dev has a promising newsletter and roadmap. Community is trying to be positive. Lets pray this Dev stays sane and doesn't go mask off racism like Squabbles did

While it is still getting it's footing as a proper site, it already has a dedicated group of members and has a good foundation for a proper UI.

Really liking this site so far. It's building a nice community, has a good set of rules for the community and a sensible roadmap for growth.
