Downdog

Love the Downdog apps. Used the prenatal one throughout my pregnancy and it was incredibly impactful for my mind and my body. I never got bored thanks to the ever changing routines. Post-partum, once I was ready to get back to Yoga, I started using the regular Yoga app and use it to this day.

I use the Yoga application for my mental health. I learned how to run properly using the Running app. All in all, every thing I tried on this product is really high quality.

This app helps me keep my body and mind healthy so I can think clearly and be more productive. The developers are also very friendly and provided many free services during COVID to help people who couldn't afford their subscriptions.

Great app that helped me stay on track during the lockdown. Since then, I've been practising with it.
