How much control do users have over what each AI employee does?
@shivam_kushwaha16 each employee has its own instructions and connected apps. And all external actions by default require the explicit approval.

For the approval boundary you asked about, I'd keep outbound messages and calendar changes on the ask-first side. Seeing the exact recipient and proposed action together would make that approval easier to judge.
