SCAM product, you sign up for the LTD and then it has an ad for V2. You cannot log into your billing. Support does not work either, it's just a pop up, but no where to type in.

Hopefully I can help To mange your billing > login to Dashboard (with link provided on checkout) / members login > click on the avatar in the top right corner > click on Billing > Our billing is managed by Stripe so you just have to log in with the email you used on checkout You can securely manage all your billing stuff with Stripe.
