Elfster Secret Santa

They make doing secret santa's so easy! It almost runs itself! Jewel was particularly sweet today as I needed help adding a person whose son had a heart transplant and is also suffering from cancer - I wanted her to participate so that she could have a little fun this year. Jewel did it all. And I said that I would love to be an elf - she gave me the email address to send my resume! :) I have used Elfster for at least 10 years for MANY exchanges. Always easy, fast, fun. Anything elf? :)

I didn't realize that the draw was automatic.

We use this every Christmas and it has done great for us. Every year we get gifts that we enjoy and in addition it makes shopping much easier when the wishlist is right there. I accidently deleted an anonymous question and couldn't bring it back up on my own, which sucks that I had to contact customer service for them to pull it back up so I can respond. They did give me another way to respond to the question, which was to send a group message and respond my answer. As long as you know what the question is that would work, but if you didn't that wouldn't work. They would actually have to open up a case up and restore the question. It really isn't that bad of a con because it is fixable, but its just the trouble you have to go through. Either way I love Elfster and will continue to use it every year.

Congrats to TInsel the Elf for being competent, helpful and merry - on top to immediately understanding my issue and even catching me via chat even after a disconnection. I also got an honorary Elf title :D. Thank you for restoring some lost faith in humanity and spreading positivity :)
