Your email signature should feel as considered as your website. Paste the one you use today, see your details across 26 original templates, then make it yours in a visual editor. Move blocks, refine type and spacing, add your photo, logo and booking link. Preview light, dark and mobile, then copy into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. Free to design and copy. No account needed to start.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Luis, and I built esigna.
I wanted to design my email signature the way I'd design a website, with real control over type, spacing and layout. Most signature tools hand you a form to fill in. I wanted a canvas.
If you only try one thing, try this: copy the signature from an email you've sent and paste it in. Your name, title, numbers and links drop into the right fields, and all 26 templates redraw with your details. You can flip through designs without retyping anything. (Pasting needs a free account, and you add photos and logos yourself.)
Once you've picked a design, it's yours to change. Edit text right on the canvas, move and resize blocks, adjust the type and spacing, add a booking button or a banner. You can even change a template's structure. If you switch designs later, your details come with you, and you can undo as you go.
Before you copy it, check how it looks in light mode, dark mode, on a phone and in Outlook. Those previews are close, not exact, because every inbox has its quirks. When it looks right, Copy signature gives you the HTML plus setup steps for your email app. PNG and plain text are there too.
On pricing: every template and export is free, and you can design and copy without an account. A free account saves 2 signatures and includes 6 pastes. If you need more, it's $19 once for 25 signatures and unlimited pastes. No subscription.
I'd love to see what you make. So tell me, what's the one thing you've always wanted to change about your email signature but couldn't?
@rodriglu24 I have to test this but it looks very promising. My signature is currently plain and boring for one reason - I'm afraid an html signature might trigger spam filters and my email will just go plonk. How does esigna deal with that?
@eliezer_cernin Totally get it... An HTML signature on its own won't get you flagged, since almost every email is HTML already. What filters dislike is image-only signatures, tracking pixels and sketchy links, and esigna does none of those. If you want to play it extra safe, just skip the photo and logo. We also offer some bare minimum signatures you can try.
Does the editor also show how the signature behaves inside Gmail and Outlook?
@linpeng It does. It shows an approximation of what it will look like in gmail, outlook, mobile and even dark mode.
Can the link styling be adjusted to match the rest of the signature?
Are the template designed around use cases like freelancers recruiters and sales teams?
@camiladuarte They most definitely are. Please try one out and let me know what you think. Any and all feedback welcomed.
I would be curious to see how much control the visual editor gives over typography.
@shinyahayashi Give it a try. It's 100% free and you don't even need to make an account.
