★★★★ — Overall pretty straight to the point editing tool for simple digital video. Totally feasible to go from download to producing a presentable full resolution video in an evening. Simple transitions, setup for horizontal and vertical video, audio separation, frame by frame cuts. My source was SetApp, so that was a no brainer. Using on a M1 Mac Mini & on a 2013 MacBook Pro, so the full range of system resources lol.

⁉️— Can I save clipped (in-app) video to the (in-app) project media folder of current project.. without doing a full export? I don't know the answer to that, though I did search near and far. (Not a screen recording, the perfect timed clip is right there at the bottom.) It seems I should be able to drag & drop w/ any necessary conversion happening in the background. All muscle memory tells me this should be a thing.
