Not only they ask you to undertake long and complicated verification, but also when I linked my bank account and set a money transfer they somehow confused bank accounts and tried to take money from a random account, got a rejection but blocked my account. After my explanation customer service instead of help just closed account without any explanation. Worst customer service, worst banking app...
