Super excited to launch the new Floot MCP - Floot now gives Claude or ChatGPT a zero-setup place to build and publish full-stack apps.
We started Floot a little over a year ago. At the time, we thought a great app builder needed its own AI agent as well as the infrastructure behind it.
That assumption has changed. Claude and ChatGPT have become very good at building software, so creating another agent no longer felt useful. The better product was to give people a simple way to build with the agents they already use.
That’s what Floot MCP does. Connect it once, and Claude or ChatGPT gets a cloud workspace with data, user accounts, hosting, and publishing already set up. There’s nothing to install and no need to wire together separate services. You can keep working on the same project from the web, desktop, or mobile.
Your existing Claude or ChatGPT subscription handles the AI. Floot charges a flat platform fee instead of metering AI usage, which makes it much cheaper than many app builders.
We’ve also just added mobile publishing. The same project can ship to the web, iOS, and Android. Connect your Apple Developer or Google Play account once, then keep shipping from the same conversation where you built the app.

I love the pivot. What was it that made you realise a wrapper isn't the way forward? Also, can you share any live examples of an app?

Does it push the apps to the App Store also directly via ChatGPT? You would just need a developer account, and it does the rest?

@thibault_mundele Yes that's right. It pushes to TestFlight so you can test it out first, then you will handle the publishing with Apple directly.

Being able to use your existing Claude/ChatGPT subscription with Floot to build real apps is such a big win. Makes no sense to pay for AI credits with other tools now. Also hosting and infra has always been the biggest blocker for turning an idea into a live app people can actually use, so it's great that Floot handles this so you don't even have to think about it.
