We've been using Flowdash to automate customer support and sales in a flexible, yet simple way and it has stuck! The setup was incredibly easy (I set it up myself and I'm the least technical member of the team probably). On that note, as manage of the sales and support teams, I am able to change and improve processes in the fly without spending time from the dev team.
Nick and Omar also provide outstanding support and have built features that solve problems in way de did not know we needed but that definitely make things easier. Flowdash is part of our daily workflow now, and I don't think this will change!
