Just used the free option, and something got me thinking. We are in a changing world right now, and most of the time we want to have those "nice gadgets" stuff as quickly as possible, with all the options there are in a tool like this. Well, welcome to 2025, as we understand more marketing then ever, and make more "tools" inside form SaaS solutions, is not what´s good for "quick" business. Thinking simple, out of the box solutions with AI, simple to edit, simple to embed, look AWESOME, and the website has not alle the business sells that we used to. It´s goes straight to the point with AI, and let you help with this as good as possible, even with the free version.
The team of Noah and Kelly are awesome in designing these kind of apps that we marketeers use in our work, and they make it simple to be very effective. Please keep it stupid simple, there is a huge market for that!

Congrats on the launch! Unlimited responses on the free tier is such a bold move. Can users export responses directly to Google Sheets or other CRMs?

Thanks, @vik_sh ! Glad to be bold on this one — some of our competitors are GREEDY to charge so much for just a handful of responses.
You can export via CSV, and we have an API. We're also in the midst of building web hooks and a Zapier app, so we should have those done soon (and we'll announce to our email list when they're ready).
Looking forward to test this tool. Where is more information about conditional logic and custom validation? Can Captcha added?

Does the AI-generated form maintain my brand's style (colors/fonts), or is that still manual?
Is sendfox the only integration? Can I connect zapier or anything else? Can I send form responses to a google sheet?

We have SendFox and API. We're working on Zapier and web hooks (should be live in the coming days and weeks). With the current API integration, you should absolutely be able to connect basically anything in the meantime.

I’m a happy user of both TidyCal and BreezeDoc — two tools that have made my workflow smoother and more efficient. I’m not using SendFox simply because I already had another lifetime tool before discovering it — otherwise, it would definitely be part of my stack too. Knowing the quality behind these products, I have no doubt that FormRobin will be just as valuable. Looking forward to adding it to my toolkit!
