Hey Product Hunt, I am Yahi, building GitGhost AI. AI coding moved fast. The hard part now is not only getting an agent to make code work. It is proving what changed, what ran, what failed, who reviewed it, and why a human decided it was ready to ship. GitGhost is built for that handoff. It brings repositories, issues, agent sessions, evidence, merge requests, pipelines, security checks, approvals, and teammate review into one workflow. Builders can keep using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, or hosted agents while the team gets a shared record instead of a private chat transcript. The principle is simple: agents can move fast, but humans still decide what ships.
