We launched here in September as "Email, simplified" and landed #5 for the day. Thank you to everyone who supported us and tried it — the feedback since then has been the reason this relaunch exists.
The most common thing we heard: great foundation, but we want it to do more. So here's what we built since:

Love that it's powered by AWS SES at that price point — finally an alternative that doesn't feel slimy. One thing I'd love to see is a built-in email tracking pixel blocker or at least a setting to strip them, since at this price I'm guessing the audience skews privacy-conscious and would appreciate not burning the goodwill on day one.

The pricing is genuinely competitive compared to what I'm paying now. One thing that would seal the deal for me is proper email tracking that shows when recipients open messages or click links, plus a small CRM-style view to keep tabs on conversations with specific contacts. Most separate tools charge extra for that.

@mertrstemobygx Hey, we have analytics (opens, clicks, bounces, replies, etc) viewable for every campaign that you run via GreenmorMail. It also includes the list of contacts from the campaign that have active interaction with your campaigns.
Quick question on the AI assistant, because the no-data-mining promise is the whole reason to switch: when it drafts or summarizes, does message content go out to a third-party model provider? I'd put that answer right next to the promise on the homepage.

@vollos If you use the platform AI, as is the case with any other platform, that data will go to the model, that is why we also allow you to bring in your own model and use it. AI features are optional, so the user has full autonomy over how their data might be used.
@niyatisethia Own-model answers the real fear head on — email content ending up in someone else's training run. "AI is optional" still leaves a privacy-first user guessing what the default does with their mail, so I'd surface the bring-your-own-model path up front rather than as a setting to find.
Honestly shocked how much is packed in for a buck per mailbox. Setup really did take me less than ten minutes, and the in-thread team chat is a surprisingly nice touch.
