Existing Oura customers seem to hate this — and complain that they haven't seen all the updates and features they were promised... whereas non-customers seem to dig it...! Personally, I think this is a super smart positioning from a wearable brand — and huge validation for Oura.

I am an Oura Ring user, BUT if anything goes wrong with the Ring, the support is not there, they are in most cases unreachable + not respectful. You can check their reviews here, https://www.trustpilot.com/revie... Gucci or not, I would avoid them. It's a brand I supported highly a year back, now I tell everyone at avoid at all costs, super sad. Hopefully they'll see that they can't acquire new customers for ever, at some points they will need to work on retaining the existing ones and brand a better brand image.
