@dennis_aronov Thanks for the question. The communication between the client and server is encrypted according to technological standards. Health data and PII (Personally Identifiable Information) are stored in physically separated systems with proper audits in place. Health data is also encrypted at rest.

This is such a needed tool! Congrats on the launch!! In which cases does the app refer users to visiting a doctor? Are there cases when it doesn't and actually can provide recommendations without additional check with a doctor?

@natella_nuralieva Thank you for your support. Thank you for your question! In case of abnormal results, the application is always referred to a doctor. The treatment itself should be carried out under supervision. For some countries, this is obligatory to refer the abnormal lab test results to a doctor, who will usually call the patient, at least, twice. The application provides recommendations to minimize risks but does not involve treatment. What we want to add in the future is to further explain the approaches to treatment and the differences between countries. This is important for countries where healthcare is not sufficiently developed, as well as for people who do not have insurance or the opportunity to receive qualified assistance!
