Hi Product Hunt 👋
I'm the maker of Hostinvo.
I spent years running hosting operations where the billing system was the bottleneck: expensive per-client pricing, a dated interface, and every "small" change meant a plugin or a consultant. So I built the platform I wanted to run my own company on.
What Hostinvo does?
Billing: recurring invoices, proration, late fees, Stripe, PayPal and manual payments (bank transfer, local wallets) with receipt review
Provisioning: queue-driven account creation, suspension and termination on cPanel/WHM and Plesk, with retries and a live job log
Domains: registration, renewals, transfers and DNS through registrar modules
Support: ticketing with departments, SLAs, attachments and client-linked services
Client portal: white-label, with a storefront you can embed on any site
Migration: a WHMCS importer that brings clients, services, invoices and tickets across
E-invoicing: ZATCA Phase 2 ready for providers in Saudi Arabia
Why self-hosted?
You install it on your own Linux server with Docker in minutes. Your clients' data, invoices and payment records stay on infrastructure you control, and the licence price never scales with how many clients you add inside a plan.
Under the hood: Laravel 11 + Next.js 14, PostgreSQL with row-level security, a public REST API and webhooks.
There is a free trial licence on the site. I'd love to hear what hosting providers here still do by hand — that's the roadmap.
