I agree. None of the claims are even close to accurate. And as far as that class action suit I am good for supporting that.

Hi everyone. Anyone else out there is outraged by the product that was advertised versus what you received? Send me a message on face or ig ( registerencio ). I am gathering a large group of people to enter with a Class Action and sue this company. Who wants to join me? These earbuds I received are not as advertised. I used it for 2 days only and truly regret purchasing them. I seriously don’t know what to do with it. It’s become a power bank for my phone and that’s it. I will need to buy new wireless earbuds because these ones are clearly not ready to be in the market. Sound is mediocre and it doesn't work on both earbuds at the same time and it keeps switching between them randomly. I emailed the company complaining about this and they replied with the same user manual I already had. And that’s it. In other words “too bad, we are sorry our product doesn’t work as it should but there is nothing else we can do to help you”. In addition, it takes longer than expected to connect to my devices and it turns on by itself even when I turned it off and stored it in the case. Battery life does not last more than 4h (and it's advertised to last 8h each time it’s charged, and misleading advertised to last 100h, which isn’t exactly how it works, but if you don’t pay attention to the small letters that’s what it leads you to believe). In speaking mode, noise-canceling is a joke and the microphone is bad. I can barely hear the person talking to me and they can't hear me pretty well either. Several times the person talking to me complained my voice was too low and volume would go up and down to the point the couldn’t hear me and I needed to ditch it and switch back to my good old earbuds. AND this is when I'm at home, with no noise around me or other devices that could be interfering. Imagine what it is like if you are outside with lots of noise and devices around you. I waited for this product for over 6 months and it turned out to be THE WORST PURCHASE EVER.
