I'm not even sure what we'd do without Hubspot. All our email, customer support, customer records are here. It's so useful. One of the ways we use Hubspot is with a SmythOS agent that integrates with our TLDV note-taker. Once the transcript is ready, TLDV sends it to the agent, which then processes it and updates the Hubspot records. Because sales people suck at keeping records.

The Ad Assistant is what I love the most about Campaign Assistant. Writing ads for Google is such a repetitive task. So happy it can be automated and save so much time!

HubSpot is excellent for larger SMBs and the enterprise! For smaller businesses, HubSpot might be overkill, but may still be valuable depending on their use case. As a developer, I think their API is easy to use.

I have to say, Hubspot suite be like a traditional all-in-one CRM system. The suite is more user-friendly than Salesforce, and better on marketing, such as email blasting, CMS. Salesforce is better on sales management. I wish the integration between finance system would be better
