I'm not even sure what we'd do without Hubspot. All our email, customer support, customer records are here. It's so useful. One of the ways we use Hubspot is with a SmythOS agent that integrates with our TLDV note-taker. Once the transcript is ready, TLDV sends it to the agent, which then processes it and updates the Hubspot records. Because sales people suck at keeping records.


We needed a system that met our unique early-stage marketing needs, and HubSpot had a menu of functionalities we could choose from with subscription options we could tailor to our needs.

We didn't love the HubSpot app in Webflow – so we created a solution to make it smoother to integrate HubSpot forms in a more flexible way.


We evaluated various CRM solutions, including HubSpot, which impressed us with its robust feature set and user-friendly interface. However, we also considered alternatives like Salesforce and Zoho CRM. While these options offered extensive capabilities, they were either more complex or came with higher costs than HubSpot. Ultimately, HubSpot’s balance of functionality and affordability made it the best fit for our needs, and its seamless integration with our systems streamlined our workflow effectively.
