Startups are different from corporates in: - pace - culture and hierarchy - focus We test our developers to be prepared to work in fast-paced environment where priorities shift often, no established processes, open communication, and be focused on results. More specifically, we check if they: - Can clearly identify what was the result of their work at previous employers - Are good communicators - Curious to learn new stuff - Can motivate themselves: have goals in life and plans how to achieve them
