Paid for a year. The product did not work. IT FAILED SO MANY TIMES. I spoke to support constantly!!
Their automations were correctly set up and connected, yet they regularly sent my customers to error pages or failed to send messages at all. I provided countless screenshots proving the issue.
Instead of running my business, I spent the year manually replying to messages while paying for automation software that could not reliably perform its core function.
Support never fixed the problem and refused a refund, hiding behind a "no refund" policy despite failing to deliver the service I paid for.
To make matters worse, after I left a negative review, the CEO personally contacted me through Instagram DMs rather than solving the issue.
Also worth noting: the company makes it surprisingly difficult to identify the legal entity behind the business.
