I signed up and used Profit Puffin, my request was to create a financial forecast for 24 months. It assured me that it could help, and then proceeded to ask me some related questions which I answered. Then it told me that it would take some time to deliver the forecast, roughly 24 hours. On Sunday morning I followed up with the bot and it said that it would deliver my forecast at the same time but on Monday morning.
On Monday when I tried to follow up, I kept getting an error that I had insufficient credits, so I paid more bringing my total credits up to 90,987.
I tried to reach support, but this AI chatbot company did think of using an AI chatbot to help out with support, instead, it only offers an info@ email address that has not been opened in more than 24 hours.
Now, the bot tells me that it is not able to do the forecast anymore "I apologize for any confusion caused by my previous response. As an AI language model, I can provide general guidance and information on financial analysis and strategies. However, I do not have access to real-time data or the ability to generate specific financial forecasts."
So, I ended up spending money that is now a complete waste, and the refund policy says that I should use the same email address as the support one, which we already know does not get checked. So, a refund is out of the question.
Clearly, I would not recommend this tool to anyone.
