I have been using itsalive for almost a year to create more engagement on my company's Facebook page (leader in gas), and from day 1 the chatbot have enabled efficiencies on the community management and more interaction with our fans. We have tested many features, and the team is always helping us to improve the use of the solution. We have received many good feedbacks since the Chatbot has been implemented.
