What's great
described a rough workflow in plain English ("route billing questions to billing help, escalate only when the caller explicitly asks for a human") and it generated actual states and transitions from that, no signup or account needed, everything saved locally in the browser. ran the simulation mode (no API key required) with a test message and it correctly matched the right end state with a confidence score and a transition-probability breakdown, which is more transparency than i expected from a free tool. the fact that regression tests and runnable TypeScript export sit right next to the simulator, instead of behind a separate paid tier, is the part that'd make me actually use this instead of just admiring it
What needs improvement
the simulation mode only matches keywords you type yourself (i had to click a suggested "done" chip), so it doesn't tell you much about how the workflow holds up against messy real phrasing until you connect a live model and spend real tokens. some kind of canned messy-input fixture set, even a small one, would let people stress test the wiring before they're on the hook for API usage
vs Alternatives
the realistic alternative is just writing a state machine by hand in code, or using a general eval framework like promptfoo and bolting on your own conversation-state tracking. those work but you write all the wiring yourself. this gives you the state diagram and a way to poke at it in plain language before you've written a line of the actual integration
