Great and easy to use. I am a finance guy with 0 design experience and I use Jitter daily for my startups motion design. It is really powerful.
There are some minor improvements in UX that I see, but nothing major. I am a real happy user!
I was able to start creating animated vids with Jitter pretty quickly and loved how straightforward the process was. The interface is clean and simple to use, especially if you are familiar with tools like Figma, or Adobe XD.
