Congrats on your launch. I like the idea, so I'm endorsing it. I have a few personal suggestions about user experience.
- Search filters: right now they expand only when clicking on the chevron. I would expand the clicking area to the whole element (ie. Tech Stack).
- Unnecessary steps on filters: in order to select the OnSite filter, I have to expand the related element, then I need to collapse another list (yes, no) initially showing up as Unknown. I would expect to click on OnSite and to be presented with the two Yes and No options.
- Tech Stack filter (ie.): same as above plus a set of randomized options which it makes it very difficult and time consuming to search for, let's say, Laravel. Alphabetical order would help, adding a search box to the dropdown select would help even more (like on the alert form on homepage - tech).
- I would add posting date to job description as well, not just on the search results.
- I would add a filter for maybe something like Posted today, posted yesterday, posted last week, any time.
- I would add a beta badge. That's the feeling I personally got when browing around and using it, hence the 4 stars.
All in all it is intuitive at first glance. I'm not sure how viable it will be, since you are relying on external announcements and posts, but monitoring when a position gets filled seems something that could really elevate your project. One surrogate option could be implementing the post date filter to search and to add an whole new section listing all companies featured in the posts as Companies who hired in the past: when someone serious looks for a job might be interested in sending a CV for future openings. Just a idea.
Best of luck!
