Simple, clean UI & onboarding takes only a few minutes to start your first board. Easy to move tasks within a board. I'm only doing free version so was looking for core functionality & to move the post-it notes that we have everywhere into one place. Good for personal/family stuff & if you have "thinking/creative work" with no real timeline but need to ruminate on. Not sure about integrations w Jira, google. I also use Monday. I'd recommend if you have ADHD when thinking about putting in an actual deadline stops you from even listing the task. as you can toggle the due date off/on icon easily vs. Monday, you have to remove the column & then mess up the whole table.

Pros:It helps me deal with my sh.t. Never procrastinated again. Best tool that happened to my professional life, ever!
Cons:How about KanbanFlow mail? Add .pdf format and attachments.

I would definitely recommend this over Trello. It has a smaller user base and therefore less support, but it is still worth the switch. While the free plan is amazing and I used it for over a year, the paid plan is even more awesome and is a very fair price for what it offers.
Pros:Built-in time tracking, Nice Kanban board with WAAAAAAY more features than Trello.
Cons:Not many that I can think of. The UI doesn't look the sexiest, but the usability is amazing which is ultimately what matters.
I've used KanbanFlow for two years (maybe more) to track personal tasks, work stuff, projects, and more. I highly recommend it!
Pros:Simple interface, easy to use, colorful, just enough features!
Cons:The recent redesign made it harder to use, in my opinion
