I have purchased 7 frame jobs from Keepsake. I don't think my expectations are unreasonable and the first five frames were acceptable. My last purchase of two framed pictures I was not pleased with, both pictures were darker than they shown on my phone, and I asked for a refund. I was asked to email a picture of the two frames. I did so and was told my opinion was not correct. This she could tell by a pic sent via email?!?! I was then offered a credit if I sent the frames back. Fair enough. I asked for a return postage label. I was then told that's not offered. What I have seen is that the customers approval is not their concern and while you will pay some pretty good money, if you're not happy, they won't stand behind their product. I'll find another company that values their customer's satisfaction. Companies that forego customer satisfaction will slowly be replaced by companies that value their customers.

Having an abundance of original art or prints stacked around, waiting to be framed or matted, I started mounting and framing myself,,,, I learned what Archival framing really meant and was amazed at the poor quality of work paid for by friends and displayed on their walls,,,, I was pleasantly surprised to receive such High Quality work through Keepsake Frames! I had a 4 photo collage framed for a gift and anther nice Tuscany Vineyard photo for me to keep. Their app let me view multiple different possible arrangements for the collage, you can also view numerous different frames to pick from. Spend a bit of time when ordering to preview different combinations. Mat Corners were precisely cut, dust seal covered the back and the hanging hardware looked better than my own work 🫣. The frames even had wall bumpers on the lower corners. You just don’t see this much attention to detail delivered by many framing shops. Delivery time was reasonable and packaging provided good protection,, sat on my doorstep a couple of rainy days as I was “away”. Very pleased with the total experience!

I discovered Keepsake Frames after seeing an advertisement on Hulu, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. My husband and I had the opportunity to attend a college football game at a stadium on my bucket list for years. I was so excited I ordered a frame for a particular picture we took together at the game that night. When the frame arrived in its iconic yellow box, I was thrilled to unpack it and see the finished product. Keepsake Frames has done an exceptional job printing and hand-framing our cherished memory. My 4, large collage frames came out beautifully. The pictures (professional) were securely placed perfectly, and the prints were quality (not like Walgreens!). They were packaged well and arrived without a scratch. I loved that hardware for hanging was included too. Nice touch! I'm hoping Keepsake expands so they can have even more frame options. The ease of the app is great as well. Much simpler than getting pictures developed, buying frames, trying to place them myself, etc. Who has time for that?? I plan to order more pictures soon for myself and gifts.

I discovered Keepsake because my mother had a photo of my dog who recently passed custom-framed for me using Keepsake, and it looked perfect. She told me about how easy the Keepsake app was to use, so when I needed to custom-frame a photograph of my own a few months later, I decided to try it. It was indeed extremely easy to flip through frame types, picture layouts and matting options, and I feel like I ultimately ended up with a better frame than I would have if I'd tried to find one on my own through internet searches or wandering the aisles at home furnishing stores. It also shipped to me quickly. I will definitely use Keepsake again for future custom-framing needs!

Poor quality frame! Large seam in the top middle and the wood on either side was two different colors. Half light wood, the other half dark wood. I asked for a replacement or a refund due to the defect and they claim it is just a "unique" quality of that wood frame! They offered a voucher so I could purchase a better quality frame! I thought they were all better quality. I told them it should be disclosed if some of the features of that frame were "unique" and as they put it "some people hate it".

Just ordered 2 different framed pictures and both were perfect. They arrived when they were supposed to, looked just like they did online, and seem to be of excellent quality. The packaging is terrific, very well padded. Both recipients really loved the framed photo, and I appreciate the ease of ordering!

I used their website to order nine different framed photos. The interface was a little awkward, but the photos arrived extremely quickly, and were of great quality given the rather low price per photo. Would certainly recommend using them.

The picture was absolutely amazing! I am so impressed with the quality and it was delivered very quickly. I especially liked that I was able to attach a photo to the note that was included for my friend, it's hanging on his refrigerator. It's like I got two prints for the price of one. Seeing the look on his face when he opened the box and seen the "Keep Smiling" was priceless. It was absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Ordered a framed picture of a recently deceased pet. I was obviously emotional and didn’t understand they would print as is. I received it, but what is a beautiful picture was placed with the mat over the tip of her nose! I’m heartbroken! I contacted them by email and they were downright unhelpful. Even lied about not receiving my email! I had planned a wall of pet photos. It will NOT be ordered through them!
