Hi, I’m sharing Kirokune on behalf of the team at AMA CLASS, K.K. The starting point is a small task: write down what happened in a work conversation while the details are still fresh. Kirokune puts notes, recordings and photos into a timeline on an iPhone, without requiring an account. One case with unlimited records is free. Extra cases and PDF export are optional paid features. Record content stays on the iPhone unless you choose to share it; analytics and advertising communications are disclosed separately at https://kirokune.com/en/privacy/. There is also a free template with a fictional example at https://kirokune.com/en/guide/. You can use it without installing the app or giving us an email address. It separates the event date from the writing date and observations from personal reactions. Kirokune helps organize records. It does not determine harassment, provide legal or medical advice, or guarantee evidentiary value. I’d welcome feedback on the first-note workflow and the clarity of the English wording. Please use fictional examples instead of sharing personal workplace records.

@genki_a1 Keeping records stored strictly on-device without requiring an account is a huge privacy win. The separation of event dates from record dates and observations from personal reactions is a really smart structure for workplace documentation.

The disclaimer that it "does not guarantee evidentiary value" is honest, but if the whole point is documenting something that might matter months later, what happens when someone loses or replaces their iPhone with no account and no cloud backup? Local-only feels right for privacy but seems risky for the exact use case you're building for - has that come up in feedback so far?
