Most people pay for three tools: a dictation app, a meeting notetaker and an AI assistant. Koi is all three in one Mac app. Tap Fn + ⌥ and your words type into any app, offline and unlimited. Tap Fn + ⌘ and talk to an AI that sees your screen, points at things and does them for you. Tap Fn + ⌃ to record any call with no bot joining, then get notes and to-dos. It all lands as pages on your Mac. Try it free for 3 days.

@spacerr congrats! :) Will definitely give this one a try! hopefully I can delete many others at once haha. One question: With offline dictation, how does accuracy hold up with switching between languages? I have german and english mixed up all the time.
@denise_louis Thanks so much! 🙌
German + English works out of the box. The built-in model (NVIDIA’s Parakeet v3) covers 25 European languages and figures out which one you’re speaking on its own, so you can do one dictation in German and the next in English without touching any settings.
All of it runs offline on your Mac.
Also one more thing to mention: switching languages mid-sentence is the hard part for every offline model. English words dropped into German sentences usually come through fine, but heavy back-and-forth inside one sentence can trip it up.
If it does, try Whisper Large v3 Turbo in Dictation Settings. It’s a free download, and you can also try other leading open-source models there, like Qwen3-ASR, Cohere Transcribe and IBM’s Granite, to see which handles your mix best.
Would love to hear how it does with your mix!
Do you have a mobile app and can I use it to control my computer with Koi
@bengeekly Not yet, however it's in development and soon will come!
Looks very useful!
@nata_baramia1 Thank you!
