This was a great idea for a book something us Americans has seem to let companies slide by while there quality gets worse yet they continue to raise there prices and pay their employees less. Would be a great guideline for companies in the future
Chapter 3 which was a free download is excellent and true knowledge about the quality ! Just can't wait to read the remaining chapters. #leadingquality
