I'm using Leadworx for more than a year now and have enjoyed their technological progress in the meantime. They are committed to make Leadworx the most powerful and automated website leads platform in the world. I often recommend it to Salesflare users, as our integration is the strongest in the market to date.
It’s very easy to set up, offers a ton of functionality and has a great UI/UX. But what stood out was their amazing customer success team. They worked very closely with our team to make sure the product integrated deeply into our existing processes and that it had a bottom line impact. Other similar tools that we tried gave only the company name, which is great to know but is not really actionable. But since they helped us create automated workflows to drive the data where it can be used right away, we started seeing results from 1st week. If somehow it's not working for you, email them. The data that they generate has a vast potential and they'll help you realize it.
The product is robust, the team is great, and the use is applicable across a number of industries.
I have used Leadworx in the past and it became a dependable channel for us in terms of getting more demos for our Saas platform.
Not something that you can put gas and blow up, but stll a very dependable and automated channel that gives you high intent, good quality B2B leads.
Leadworx gives me insight into the window shopping visitors on my website. Who outnumber the prospects massively. A boon for my sales team for prospects and my product marketing teams for customer profiles.
Great tool for turning possible visitors into prospects / leads.
Leadworx has done a beautiful job striking the right balance between form and function. The user interface is smooth, well-designed, and easy on the eyes.
Setting up my account with the Wordpress plugin was easy and worked as expected. Their Wordpress plugin was easy to download and setup.
The best part is that it connects so well many CRMs systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Zoho. I was thrilled to find Salesflare CRM in that list. The integration of Leadworx and Salesflare worked flawlessly - not a single hiccup through the whole integration process.
Within minutes after I integrated with Salesflare, Leadworx was showing all the accounts and contacts within Salesflare in Leadworx. Even better, they displayed the Salesflare accounts in 3 pie charts and classified them by industry, number of employees, and country. For the first time, I saw a breakdown of all our past accounts and clients classified by industry and number of employees.
Once I had setup my Wordpress plugin, it took a couple of hours for it to begin gathering information. Within a few more hours, I began seeing data on the site visitors. My site is just launched so I don't get much traffic yet. Within a day or so after I integrated my Wordpress account, Leadworx had already collected about 5 guests, including a business with 30 employees that is well-matched with my prospect profile.
The capture of the site visitors data into sales pipeline inside my Salesflare account was also flawless. It was really helpful to be able to capture the information into 1) one of the sales funnels I had set up inside Salesflare and 2) assign it to a sales-funnel stage, right from within Leadworx with the clicks of a few buttons.
In terms of cons, I can't think of many. Maybe they can expand their support of email clients a bit more and include services like Active Campaign, which is what I use. (Their roadmap mentions that they are investigating it.)

I have been using Leadworx to monitor when clients and prospects go into my website. It allows me to see a behind the scenes of what anyone is interested in.
Sahil and the team also provide incredible customer support and are always willing to help out and take feedback to drive the product forward. Incredible to see where they have come in a year and excited to see how the product continues to improve over time.
