A few years ago my father was taken into hospital for a major surgery. During the pre-operation consultations we were advised to get all his affairs in order just in case anything went wrong. We spent 3 days organising his information, writing down passwords and trying to think of everything we might need access to. We built a massive spreadsheet with all the details we could think of. Luckily the surgery went smoothly and he is in great health now but reflecting on this process we realised just how unprepared we really were. We missed so many things like recuring subscriptions, pin codes for devices, investment platforms, utility providers and so much more. Even worse the spreadsheet was kept on his laptop that was locked with a passcode I didn't know. We were shocked at how difficult the process was and we had time to get prepared. We could only imagine the difficulty a family must face if there was a sudden death or unexpected emergency. We felt there had to be a better way to do this. This is where LifeReady started. Since 2017 we have been working on the product but there was one other problem. Privacy. Today everything we do online is tracked, stored, sold, mined or hacked. Consumers just expect that to come with using digital products. But at LifeReady we wanted to be different. We developed our KeyCrypt encryption architecture to provide complete privacy using end-to-end encryption, easy access and recovery through key splitting and maximum security with military grade encryption. Everything stored in LifeReady is not only safe from hackers, but is also encrypted so that none of our employees, service providers or partners can see any data your store in the system. Unlike other end-to-end encryption systems if you forget your password your data is not lost forever. You can nominate Trusted Parties who can store a partial key to your data and these partial keys can be combined to grant you access to your vault. You can nominate 2 or more people to allow access back to your vault. Our Beta has been available since early 2022 through Professional Advisors and we are now launching our consumer version.
